Export and Publish

Once your report is complete, Karomia offers two ways to share your sustainability disclosures: a Word document export for formal submission and an ESG website for public-facing communication.

Word export​

Export your report as a .docx file for review, auditing, or inclusion in your annual report. You can export at two levels:

  • Full report — All ESRS topics at once.
  • Individual topic — A single topic (e.g., E1 Climate Change) for focused review or distribution to subject matter experts.

Working version​

A detailed, data-point-by-data-point breakdown identical to what you see in the Karomia editor. Each data point includes:

  • ESRS reference code
  • Regulatory text
  • Your answer
  • Completion status

Use this for internal review, gap identification, and iterating before finalization.

Disclosure report​

A summarized, narrative version organized by disclosure requirement rather than individual data points. Each section is tagged with its ESRS reference and presented in the structure suitable for:

  • External auditing
  • Regulatory submission
  • Inclusion in your company's annual report

ESG website​

Karomia offers two ESG website templates to help you communicate your sustainability efforts to a broader audience — customers, suppliers, employees, investors, and the general public.

Both templates are customized with your company's color scheme and logo, and the copy is adapted to match your underlying ESG report.

Basic standard website​

Compatible with both ESRS and VSME reports. A clean, professional presentation of your key sustainability disclosures.

Advanced complete website (beta)​

A more comprehensive ESG website with deeper topic coverage, data visualizations, and richer narrative sections. This version:

  • Requires a completed Double Materiality Assessment in Karomia.
  • Is compatible with both ESRS and VSME reports.
