Partner Portal — Operational Guide

The Partner Portal allows partner members to request, collect, and analyse ESG data from their portfolio companies. This guide covers the full workflow — from sending assessment requests to reviewing sustainability dashboards and scores.

For partner members

Partner members (e.g. investment managers, fund managers) use the Partner Portal to manage ESG data requests and monitor portfolio performance.

• Request ESG assessment — Add portfolio companies, send assessment requests, and track progress.
• Sustainability dashboard — Review metrics, set targets, and compare companies.
• Sustainability scores — Understand how companies are scored on material topics.
• Aggregated dashboard — Portfolio-level view across all companies.

For portfolio companies

Portfolio companies report their sustainability data using one of two platforms, depending on their location and reporting framework:

• Belgian companies using the VSME or VSME + Invest Europe framework report through Kube ESG.
• All other companies (non-Belgian, or using the Fund of Funds framework) report through Karomia.
