Upload Relevant Documents

Uploading documents gives the AI additional context about your organization's existing sustainability practices, policies, and reporting. This improves the quality and relevance of the generated IROs.

Internal documents​

Internal documents are produced by your organization. Examples include:

External documents​

External documents provide market and regulatory context. Examples include:

  • Sector-specific sustainability reports or benchmarks
  • Regulatory guidance relevant to your industry
  • Previous sustainability assessments or DMA reports
  • Stakeholder feedback or consultation reports

Submitting your context​

Once you have uploaded your documents and defined your business activities, you submit your context to the AI. Review everything carefully before submitting — this step is irreversible. After submission, the AI begins generating your IRO list.
