Review Questions and Descriptions

Once you have selected your IROs, the AI generates a title, scoring question, and description for each one. Before moving to stakeholder mapping, review and refine this content to make sure it accurately reflects your organization's context.

What to review

For each selected IRO, you can edit:

  • Title — A short label used to identify the IRO throughout the assessment.
  • Question — The specific question stakeholders will be asked when scoring this IRO.
  • Description — Additional context provided to stakeholders to help them understand what they are scoring.

The AI generates this content based on your business activities and uploaded documents. Review it for accuracy, clarity, and relevance to your organization.

Reviewing translations

If your assessment is set up in multiple languages, each IRO has translated versions of its title, question, and description. Review the translations for each language to ensure they are accurate and appropriate for your stakeholder groups.

Toggle between languages using the language selector at the top of the review screen.

tip

Pay particular attention to the descriptions. Stakeholders rely on these to understand what they are scoring, especially for complex or technical IROs. Clear descriptions lead to more reliable scores.
